Professional Skill Evaluation of Frontline Staff

In order to pay attention to the development of the professional skills of front-line employees and consolidate the basic work of the company's various undertakings, the HR Department of the company carried out the first "front-line employees' professional skills evaluation" in 2022, with a warm response. The "Professional Skills Appraisal for Front line Employees" was launched in September 2022. A total of 48 employees participated in the appraisal. Eight employees who won the first prize of the "Professional Skills Appraisal for Front line Employees" were awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Craftsman" at this commendation meeting.
